This 2002 Ferrari 575M Maranello is finished in Rosso Corsa over Beige Tradizione Connolly leather with red stitching, and it has traveled 27k miles while being registered between California and Texas. Features include Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, power-adjustable Daytona-style seats, 18″ five-spoke wheels, Skyhook adaptive dampers, and a leather parcel shelf. Power is provided by a 5.75-liter F133E V12 linked to a six-speed F1 automated manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. Recently acquired by the selling dealer, a BaT Local Partner, this 575M Maranello is now offered in California with manufacturer’s literature, a battery tender, tools, spare keys, a clean Carfax report, and a Texas title.
The Pininfarina-styled 575M featured updated aerodynamics and headlamps compared to its predecessor, the 550 Maranello. This example is finished in Rosso Corsa with Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, and is further equipped with xenon headlights, a hood scoop, power-operated heated side mirrors, and a quad-exit exhaust.
Silver-finished 18″ five-spoke alloy wheels wear yellow prancing horse center caps and are mounted with 255/40 front and 295/35 rear Pirelli P Zero Rosso tires. Stopping power is provided by red Ferrari-branded calipers over cross-drilled and ventilated rotors at all four corners. The car rides on an independent front and rear suspension with Skyhook adaptive dampers.
Power-adjustable Daytona-style bucket seats are trimmed in Beige Tradizione Connolly leather with red stitching, and matching hide and thread extend to the lower dash, center console, rear parcel shelf, and door panels. A fire extinguisher is mounted in the passenger footwell, and black leather trims the upper dash. Amenities include a Ferrari stereo, automatic climate control, a trunk-mounted CD changer, and driver’s seat memory settings.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel fronts F1 paddle shifters and a Jaeger gauge cluster with a 220-mph speedometer, a 10k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for coolant temperature, oil temperature, and oil pressure. The digital odometer indicates 27k miles.
The 5.75-liter F133E quad-cam V12 features Bosch Motronic engine management and dry-sump lubrication, and it was factory rated at 508 horsepower and 434 lb-ft of torque.
Power is routed to the rear wheels via a six-speed F1 automated manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential.
The Carfax report is free of accidents or other reported damage. The car most recently underwent a California emissions test in November 2010.
