This 2006 Ferrari F430 Spider is powered by a 4.3-liter DOHC V8 paired with a six-speed F1 transaxle that was converted to manual operation in August 2026. Other work performed during the install involved fitting a new Ferrari clutch as well replacing the throwout bearing, spark plugs, valve cover gaskets, and convertible top straps, and the car has received just under $58k of service since 2025. Finished in Giallo Modena over Nero leather, the car features a gated shifter, a Nero soft top, 19″ split-spoke wheels, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, and carbon-fiber interior trim. Recently acquired by the selling dealer, this F430 Spider has 19k miles and is now offered in Florida at no reserve with service records, removed factory parts, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Minnesota title.
The Pininfarina-designed body is finished in Giallo Modena (4305) and features a power-retractable Nero soft top, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, xenon headlights, and quad exhaust tips exiting on either side of the rear diffuser. The convertible top cylinders were rebuilt in 2025, and the convertible top straps were replaced in June 2026. Scratches are noted on the soft top.
Black-finished 19″ split-spoke alloy wheels have yellow outer rims and are mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires. Stopping is handled by yellow-finished brake calipers over cross-drilled and ventilated rotors. The power steering fluid was flushed in August 2026.
The power-adjustable bucket seats are upholstered in Nero leather along with a matching center console, doors, and carpeting. Carbon fiber trims the cockpit, and other details comprise a gated shifter, drilled aluminum pedals, and automatic climate control. The cabin air filters were replaced in preparation for the sale.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel is equipped with an engine-start button as well as a manettino dial for control of dynamic settings. Instrumentation includes a central yellow tachometer with an 8,500-rpm redline as well as a 220-mph speedometer and gauges for coolant temperature, oil temperature, and oil pressure. The digital odometer indicates 19k miles.
The mid-mounted 4.3-liter F136 V8 features Bosch Motronic engine management and a dry-sump lubrication system. Factory-rated output was 483 horsepower and 343 lb-ft of torque. The valve cover gaskets and spark plugs were replaced, and the oil was changed in August 2026.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through an F1 six-speed transaxle that was converted to manual operation in August 2026 utilizing European Auto Group components, which totaled over $45k. A replacement Ferrari clutch and a Hill Engineering throwout bearing were also installed at that time. The associated invoices and removed factory parts are included in the sale.
