This 1993 Ferrari 512 TR is one of 408 examples delivered to North America between 1992 and 1994. It is finished in Rosso Corsa over Beige Connolly leather and is powered by a 4.9-liter flat-12 linked to a five-speed manual transaxle with a gated shifter. Equipment includes a Tubi Style exhaust system, a limited-slip differential, 18″ five-spoke wheels, pop-up headlights, air conditioning, and an Alpine stereo. The car was acquired by the current owner on BaT in March 2022 and received over $61k in work later that year, including performing an engine-out timing belt service, rebuilding the gearbox and axles, and replacing the clutch. The Pininfarina-designed 512 TR was introduced as the updated successor to the Testarossa in 1991, with revisions that included restyled bumper covers as well as revised wheels and lighting. This example is finished in Rosso Corsa and features pop-up headlights, fog lights, side intake strakes, body-color rocker panels, and quad exhaust outlets. The windshield was replaced in 2013. The three-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel frames Veglia instrumentation including a 200-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 7,200-rpm redline as well as gauges for oil pressure and coolant temperature. A stainless Tubi Style exhaust system was installed under previous ownership. Over $61k in work was carried out in 2022, including an engine-out timing belt service, rebuilds of the gearbox and axles, replacement of the clutch, and a repaint of the valve covers.
