This 2005 Ferrari F430 is a Grigio Titanio-finished Spider that was initially sold by Continental Autosports of Hinsdale, Illinois, and it is powered by a 4.3-liter DOHC V8 paired with a six-speed F1 automated transaxle. The car has 29k miles and is equipped with gray leather upholstery, a black convertible soft top, 19″ split-spoke alloy wheels, an electronically controlled limited-slip differential, cross-drilled and ventilated brake rotors, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, power-adjustable Daytona-style bucket seats, carbon-fiber interior trim, a navigation system, aluminum pedals, and automatic climate control. This F430 Spider was purchased by the seller in 2023 and is now offered with the owner’s manual, service records, an uninstalled exhaust system, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Florida title in the name of the seller’s LLC.
The Pininfarina-designed body is finished in Grigio Titanio and features a replacement power-retractable black soft top, which was installed in March 2025. Additional details include xenon headlights, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, and quad exhaust tips exiting on either side of the rear diffuser. Scratches are visible on the headlight lenses, the paint protection film on the mirror caps is cracked, and the body has paint chips.
The 19″ split-spoke alloy wheels are mounted with Michelin tires. Braking is handled by Ferrari-branded calipers over cross-drilled and ventilated rotors.
The power-adjustable Daytona-style bucket seats are upholstered in gray leather and are joined by a color-coordinated center console, dashboard, door panels, and carpets. Carbon-fiber trim accents the cabin, and additional appointments include a navigation system, automatic climate control, aluminum pedals, and power windows and locks. The center stack has imperfections, and the seller states the air conditioning compressor was replaced and the refrigerant was recharged in 2024.
The three-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel is equipped with an engine-start button as well as a manettino dial for control of dynamic settings. Instrumentation includes a central tachometer with an 8,500-rpm redline as well as a 220-mph speedometer and gauges for coolant temperature, oil temperature, and oil pressure. The digital odometer indicates 29k miles, approximately 2,400 of which were added during current ownership. A blemish is located near the top of the steering wheel.
The mid-mounted 4.3-liter F136 V8 features Bosch Motronic engine management and a dry-sump lubrication system. Factory-rated output was 483 horsepower and 343 lb-ft of torque. An oil change was performed and the drive belt, F1 pump, and potentiometer were replaced in 2024, per the seller.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed F1 automated transaxle and an electronically controlled limited-slip differential. An uninstalled set of Top Speed Pro-1 headers and a Pro-1 cat-back exhaust system are included in the sale.
The Carfax report is free of accidents or other reported damage.
