This collection of luggage is comprised of four pieces produced by Schedoni for use with a Ferrari 348. The lot includes a three-piece luggage set in tan leather that was designed to fit in a 348 Spider model along with a red leather duffle bag commissioned for participants in the 1995 Ferrari Challenge series. Luggage tags, padlocks, keys, and key wallets are supplied for the tan leather bags, while drawstring dust cover bags are included for all four pieces. This collection of Ferrari 348 luggage is now offered at no reserve in Saint Michaels, Maryland.
The three-piece Spider luggage set is comprised of medium and large suitcases as well as a garment bag constructed of tan leather. Each features a debossed prancing horse logo as well as black zippers and brass hardware.
The medium and large suitcases are fitted with leather twin-loop handles and a leather closure strap with brass hardware. Storage pockets and straps can be found inside along with beige cloth linings.
The garment bag has zippered exterior pockets as well as a pair of snaps to secure the bag when it is folded, and a gold-tone hanger is integrated inside. Cracking is visible on the lining of the garment bag of all three of the tan leather bags and can be viewed up close in the gallery.
The duffle bag features a debossed prancing horse logo and 348 Challenge logotype on the front as well as red zippers, leather twin-loop handles, polished hardware, and a blue cloth lining. A hard-sided zippered compartment at the bottom features a middle divider. The piece measures approximately 23″ long, 10″ deep, and 15″ tall.
Beige storage bags for the three-piece Spider luggage set are included in the sale along with a green storage bag for the 348 Challenge duffle that can be viewed in the gallery. Luggage tags, padlocks, keys, and key wallets are also supplied for the three tan leather bags.
