This 2006 Ferrari F430 Spider has remained registered in California through the current owner’s June 2022 purchase, and it has 18k miles. It is powered by a 4.3-liter DOHC V8 paired with a six-speed F1 automated transaxle and is finished in Nero DS 1250 over Nero leather. The car is equipped with a black convertible soft top, 19″ and 20″ aftermarket wheels, an electronically controlled limited-slip differential, cross-drilled and ventilated brake rotors, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, power-adjustable Daytona-style seats, a Pioneer touchscreen receiver, and automatic climate control. This F430 Spider is now offered by the seller on behalf of the current owner with the owner’s manual, service records, a clean Carfax report, and a clean California title in the owner’s name.
The Pininfarina-designed body is finished in Nero DS 1250 and features a power-retractable black soft top, xenon headlights, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, and quad exhaust tips exiting on either side of the rear diffuser. One of the tail lights is loose, and a scrape on the right side of the rear bumper cover is shown in detail in the gallery.
The 19″ and 20″ aftermarket split-spoke wheels are mounted with 235/35 front and 345/25 rear Pirelli P Zero tires that were installed in preparation for the sale. The photos in the gallery depict the car with the previously mounted Pirelli tires, with the replacement tires shown in the video. Braking is handled by yellow-finished brake calipers over cross-drilled and ventilated rotors. The brake fluid reservoir cap was replaced in 2023.
The power-adjustable Daytona-style seats are trimmed in Nero leather with contrasting stitching. Equipment includes a touchscreen Pioneer receiver linked to aftermarket speakers and a TRU Technology amplifier, automatic climate control, drilled aluminum pedals, and power windows and locks. Various buttons and handles have a sticky finish, and a driver’s seat bolster shows signs of wear.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel is equipped with an engine-start button as well as a manettino dial for control of dynamic settings. Instrumentation includes a central tachometer with an 8,500-rpm redline as well as a 220-mph speedometer and gauges for coolant temperature, oil temperature, and oil pressure. The digital odometer indicates 18k miles, approximately 2k of which were added during current ownership.
The mid-mounted 4.3-liter F136 V8 features Bosch Motronic engine management and a dry-sump lubrication system. Factory-rated output was 483 horsepower and 343 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed F1 automated transaxle and an electronically controlled limited-slip differential. The battery was replaced in February 2024.
The Carfax report shows is free of accidents or other damage.
