This 2003 Ferrari 360 Spider was acquired in 2025 by the selling dealer, who converted the six-speed transaxle to manual operation, refinished the wheels, changed the fluids, and replaced the clutch, timing belt, tensioners, pulleys, drive belts, spark plugs, and tires. Powered by a 3.6-liter V8, the car is finished in NART Blue with a blue soft top and is further equipped with a limited-slip differential, 18″ alloy wheels, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, automatic climate control, a Bluetooth-capable head unit, a gated shifter, a fire extinguisher, and power-adjustable Daytona-style seats trimmed in Cuoio Natural leather. This 360 Spider has 12k miles and is now offered by the selling dealer with a copy of the window sticker, manufacturer’s literature, service records for work performed since 2022, a tool kit, a clean Carfax report, and a California title.

The Pininfarina-designed aluminum body is finished in NART Blue and features xenon headlights, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, a power-retractable blue convertible soft top, and quad exhaust outlets exiting through the rear fascia. Paint protection film has been applied to the exterior.

The 18″ five-spoke alloy wheels have been refinished and are wrapped in 215/45 front and 275/40 rear Michelin Pilot Sport 5 tires with 2024 date codes. A spare wheel kit was optioned from the factory, and stopping power is from red-finished Ferrari-branded calipers over cross-drilled and ventilated rotors at each corner. The brake fluid was flushed in February 2026.

The cockpit features power-adjustable Daytona-style seats upholstered in Cuoio Natural leather along with color-matching that extends to the dashboard, door panel inserts, and roll bars. A Bluetooth-capable head unit has been installed, and appointments include a gated shifter, aluminum pedals, a fire extinguisher, and automatic climate control. The sticky coating was removed from the interior switches, and the trim was refurbished in February 2026.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 220-mph speedometer and a tachometer with an 8,500-rpm redline alongside a digital fuel level readout and gauges for oil pressure, oil temperature, and coolant temperature. The digital odometer indicates less than 12k miles.

The mid-mounted 3.6-liter Tipo F131 V8 features a flat-plane crankshaft, dry-sump lubrication, dual overhead camshafts, and five valves per cylinder. The selling dealer notes that an aftermarket tune has been installed. Service in February 2026 involved changing the fluids and replacing the timing belt, drive belts, tensioners, pulleys, spark plugs, and air filters. Photos of compression test readouts are viewable in the gallery below, and the vehicle most recently passed a California emissions test in November 2024.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through an F1 six-speed transaxle that was converted to manual operation in 2026 using a Modena Lucerna conversion kit, at which time the clutch was replaced, and a Hill Engineering release bearing was installed.
The Carfax report is free of accidents or other reported damage.
The current California title carries an “Annual Exempt” notation.
