This 2009 Ferrari F430 is one of a claimed 142 Challenge race cars produced over a four-year production run. It is powered by a 4.3-liter DOHC V8 paired with a six-speed F1 automated transaxle and is finished in Nero over black suede. The car is equipped with 19″ center-lock BBS alloy wheels, an electronically controlled limited-slip differential, Brembo carbon-ceramic brake rotors, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, an OMP roll cage, a single racing seat with a six-point harness, an OMP fire suppression system, and air jacks. This F430 Challenge was acquired by the selling dealer in 2026 and is now offered in Los Angeles, California, with a bill of sale.
The F430 Challenge was the fourth model to compete in Ferrari’s single-make racing series, making its debut for the 2006 season of the series. This 2009 example is finished in Nero, and exterior equipment includes Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, hood and decklid pins, Lexan windows, front and rear tow hooks, and dual exhaust outlets.
Center-lock BBS 19″ alloy wheels are mounted with Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires measuring 235/35 front and 285/35 rear. Stopping is handled by drilled and ventilated Brembo ceramic-composite rotors. The car is equipped with an air jack system.
The race-prepped cockpit features a single OMP bucket seat upholstered in black suede with a red OMP harness, and interior appointments include an OMP roll cage, a fire suppression system, and a battery cutoff switch.
The microsuede-wrapped steering wheel features a red centering stripe and sits ahead of column-mounted shift paddles. Secured by a quick-release hub, the wheel frames an AiM MXS Strada digital display. The car is not equipped with an odometer, but a digital diagnostic readout viewable in the gallery indicates 14k kilometers (~9k miles) along with other information.
The mid-mounted 4.3-liter F136 V8 features carbon-fiber valve covers and was factory rated at 483 horsepower and 343 lb-ft of torque, and an ultra-light exhaust system was equipped as standard.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed F1 automated transaxle and an electronically controlled limited-slip differential.
The car is not legal for road use and carries no title or registration. It is being sold on a bill of sale.
