This 2006 Ferrari F430 Spider is powered by a 4.3-liter DOHC V8 paired with a six-speed manual transaxle and is finished in Nero over Nero leather. The car has 23k miles and was purchased by the current owner in 2017. It is equipped with a black convertible soft top, 19″ split-spoke alloy wheels, an electronically controlled limited-slip differential, cross-drilled and ventilated brake rotors, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, power-adjustable Daytona-style bucket seats, a gated shifter, automatic climate control, and a Pioneer flip-up touchscreen head unit with Apple CarPlay connectivity. This F430 is now offered on dealer consignment with service records, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Arizona title.

The Pininfarina-designed body is finished in Nero (1250) and features a replacement power-retractable nero soft top, xenon headlights, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, and quad exhaust tips exiting on either side of the rear diffuser. Xpel paint protection film was applied to the front end and air intakes in November 2017, and the soft top hydraulic cylinders were rebuilt in January 2022.

The 19″ split-spoke alloy wheels are mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires. Stopping is handled by yellow-finished brake calipers over cross-drilled and ventilated rotors. A brake fluid change was performed in April 2023.

The cockpit features power-adjustable Daytona-style bucket seats upholstered in Nero leather along with a matching center console, doors, and carpeting. A Pioneer flip-up touchscreen head unit with Apple CarPlay connectivity is installed, and additional amenities include a gated shifter, air conditioning, drilled aluminum pedals, F430-branded floor mats, and power windows and locks.

The three-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel is equipped with an engine-start button as well as a manettino dial for control of dynamic settings. Instrumentation includes a central tachometer with an 8,500-rpm redline as well as a 220-mph speedometer and gauges for coolant temperature, oil temperature, and oil pressure. The digital odometer indicates 23k miles, approximately 6k of which were added during current ownership.

The mid-mounted 4.3-liter F136 V8 features Bosch Motronic engine management and a dry-sump lubrication system. Factory-rated output was 483 horsepower and 343 lb-ft of torque. The serpentine belt was replaced in 2019, both fuel pumps were replaced in August 2021, and an April 2023 service included an oil change, a coolant change, and replacement of the engine mounts. A 2019 invoice noted minor oil leaks from the front timing chain cover and the air conditioning compressor.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transaxle and an electronically controlled limited-slip differential. The differential fluid was changed in April 2023, and in July 2023, the clutch, release bearing, mounting flange, and associated seals were replaced. The shift linkage was adjusted in January 2024.
The Carfax report is free of accidents or other reported damage.
