This 1995 Ferrari F355 Spider was initially delivered to Ogner Motorcars in Woodland Hills, California, and it was purchased in 2015 by the current owner, who has since added 8k of its 29k miles shown. The car is powered by a 3.5-liter DOHC V8 that received an engine-out timing belt service in 2022, and shifting is handled via a six-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. Finished in Rosso Corsa over beige Connolly leather upholstery, it features an aftermarket exhaust system, a gated shifter, a black soft top, 18″ five-spoke magnesium wheels, a Challenge-style rear grille, and air conditioning. This F355 Spider is offered by the seller on behalf of the current owner with a window sticker, service records, a car cover, a Carfax report, and a Wisconsin title in the owner’s name.

The Pininfarina-designed body is finished in Rosso Corsa, and styling incorporates a power-operated black convertible top as well as pop-up headlights, integrated front fog lights, an integrated rear decklid spoiler, a Challenge-style rear grille, LED taillights, quad exhaust outlets, a vented engine cover, and air intakes on the doors and rocker panels. The Carfax report lists an accident in October 2020 and notes that the vehicle caught fire, which the seller attributes to leaking clutch fluid. Close-up photographs of the exterior finish and trim are shown in the gallery below.

The 18″ five-spoke magnesium wheels are mounted with Bridgestone Potenza tires. Ferrari-branded brake calipers are mounted over ventilated discs at each corner.

The cabin features red carpeting and sport seats trimmed in beige Connolly leather, and matching leather extends to the center console, door panel inserts, and lower half of the dashboard. Amenities include a gated shifter, automatic climate control, aluminum pedals, and drilled aluminum pedals. The seller notes that sticky buttons have been refinished, and the HVAC servo motor was replaced in 2026.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 200-mph speedometer, a 10k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for oil pressure and coolant temperature. Ancillary instruments in the center stack include an analog clock and gauges for fuel level and oil temperature. The six-digit odometer shows 29k miles, approximately 8k of which were added under current ownership.

The mid-mounted 3.5-liter DOHC V8 features five valves per cylinder and dry-sump lubrication for a factory-rated output of 375 horsepower and 268 lb-ft of torque. An engine-out timing belt service was completed in 2022, at which time the valves were adjusted, and the following components were replaced:
- Water pump and Thermostat seals
- Coolant hoses
- Spark plugs
- Fuel filter
- Oxygen sensors
- Fan clutch
- Drive belts

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. A Hill Engineering clutch assembly has been installed, along with Fabspeed headers and a Capristo exhaust system. The exhaust cutout valve was replaced in 2026.

The window sticker lists initial delivery to Ogner Motorcars in Woodland Hills, California, as well as factory colors, equipment, and a total suggested retail price of $129,405.
The Carfax report lists the aforementioned October 2020 accident and fire damage.
The Wisconsin title lists “Exempt” under the Odometer Status.
