This 2008 Ferrari F430 Spider was initially delivered through Ferrari San Francisco in Mill Valley, California, moved to Canada following the previous sale on BaT in April 2022, and was acquired by the selling dealer in 2024. Finished in Grigio Silverstone over red leather, the car is powered by a 4.3-liter V8 linked with a six-speed F1 sequential gearbox and a limited-slip differential. Equipment includes a power-retractable black soft top, as well as carbon-ceramic brakes, 19″ alloy wheels, xenon headlights, a glass engine cover, automatic climate control, power windows, and a CD stereo. Service performed in August 2021 included replacement of the exhaust manifolds, driver-side catalytic converter, camshaft position sensors, and air filters. This F430 Spider has 29k miles and is offered by the selling dealer in Canada with an owner’s manual, a tool kit, a tire inflation kit, a US Carfax report, and a British Columbia registration.
The Pininfarina-designed body is finished in Grigio Silverstone (740), and the hood and fenders were refinished under previous ownership. Exterior details include xenon headlamps, heated power-adjustable side mirrors, a replacement black soft top, a clear engine cover, quad exhaust outlets, and a rear diffuser. The US Carfax report notes that the car was stolen on June 27, 2019, and it was recovered two days later. Scuffs are noted on the front undertray as well as on the strakes of the rear diffuser.
Silver-finished 19″ alloy wheels are mounted with Pirelli P Zero Rosso tires manufactured in 2017 and 2018. Braking is handled by red Ferrari-branded multi-piston calipers over a cross-drilled carbon-ceramic rotor at each corner.
The manually adjustable bucket seats are upholstered in red leather that extends to the center console, door panels, and roll hoops. Instrumentation consists of a central yellow-dial 10k-rpm tachometer, a 220-mph speedometer, and gauges for coolant temperature, oil temperature, oil pressure, and fuel level. The digital odometer shows 29k miles.
The mid-mounted 4.3-liter DOHC V8 was factory rated at 483 horsepower and 343 lb-ft of torque and features a dry-sump lubrication system and Bosch Motronic engine management. Work performed in 2021 included replacing the exhaust manifolds, driver-side catalytic converter, camshaft position sensors, and air filters.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed F1 automated transaxle and an electronically controlled limited-slip differential.
The US Carfax report notes the aforementioned stolen vehicle and theft recovery entries in June 2019. The report is free of accidents and other reported damage, and at least one open recall is referenced.
The car does not have a title, as it is registered in a province that does not issue titles for vehicles. It is being sold on its transferable British Columbia registration.
