This 1988 Ferrari Testarossa was purchased new from Cavallino Classics of Scottsdale, Arizona, and is said to have remained under original ownership until 2022. It was subsequently sold on BaT in August 2022 and now shows 9k miles. The car is finished in Rosso Corsa over tan leather upholstery, and power is provided by a 4.9-liter flat-12 paired with a five-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. Equipment includes 16″ five-spoke wheels, ventilated disc brakes, air conditioning, power windows, an Alpine CD stereo, and a gated shifter. A February 2022 service included the installation of a replacement timing belt, gaskets, seals, and spark plugs as well as a rebuild of the water pump. Acquired by the selling dealer in 2025, this Testarossa is now offered with service records, a luggage set, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Florida title.
The Pininfarina-designed body is finished in Rosso Corsa (FER 300/6) and features an asymmetric cooling duct beneath the left fog lamp as well as pop-up headlights, dual side mirrors, side intake strakes, and black-finished rocker panels. Replacement hood and decklid struts were installed by MPI & Auto Service of Miami, Florida, in February 2022. There are paint chips on the hood.
The 16″ five-spoke wheels feature yellow prancing horse center caps and are mounted with 225/50 front and 255/50 rear BFGoodrich g-Force Sport tires. A replacement right-front wheel was installed by Ferrari of Atlanta in December 2004. Braking is handled by four-wheel ventilated discs.
The power-adjustable seats are trimmed in tan Connolly leather and are joined by a matching rear bulkhead and upper door panels, while the dashboard, center console, and lower door panels are trimmed in contrasting brown. Equipment includes an Alpine CD stereo and a gated shifter, the latter of which is located on the center console alongside controls for the air conditioning, rear window defroster, power windows, and remote mirror adjustment. Replacement window regulators were installed in February 2016.
The leather-wrapped MOMO steering wheel frames a 200-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and auxiliary gauges. Additional readouts for fuel level and oil temperature are housed in the center stack. The six-digit odometer shows 9k miles.
The 48-valve 4.9-liter F113 flat-12 features Bosch KE-Jetronic fuel injection and was factory rated at 380 horsepower and 354 lb-ft of torque. An engine-out service was performed at approximately 8,400 miles by KCS Exotic Cars of Memphis, Tennessee, in December 2014. A service in February 2022 included the installation of a replacement timing belt kit, gaskets, seals, and spark plugs as well as a rebuild of the water pump. A Ferrari Classiche inspection was performed by Ferrari-Maserati of Fort Lauderdale in 2022.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential.
A five-piece luggage set and an additional Testarossa-branded leather bag are included in the sale along with service records and a copy of the Manufacturer’s Certificate of Origin.
The Carfax report shows entries in Tennessee, Georgia, and Florida, and lists no accidents or other damage.
