This 1:3-scale model depicts a Ferrari 250 GT engine, and the seller shares it was assembled by Terzo Dalia of Scandiano, Italy. The model features red crinkle-finished valve covers, six Weber downdraft carburetors, crankcase breather caps, oil filters, a finned oil pan, and a transmission with a shifter. The parts are fashioned from sand-cast aluminum, stainless steel, brass, and copper. Acquired by the seller in 2024, this Ferrari 250 GT engine model is now offered at no reserve in New York City with a shipping box.
The model depicts a V12 engine block, cylinder heads, red crinkle-finished valve covers, crankcase breather caps, red oil filters, and a finned oil pan. Six faux downdraft carburetors with venturis display replica Weber badges. The model measures around 23″ long by 8″ wide by 12″ tall and weighs 18 pounds.
The parts are fashioned from sand-cast aluminum and lathe-turned stainless steel, brass, and copper. A replica data plate affixed to the front of the engine shows the cylinder firing order.
A shifter with a rubber boot is fitted to the top of the replica transmission.
