This 1994 Ferrari F512 M is one of approximately 501 examples produced between 1994 and 1996. Chassis 99722 is believed to have spent time in Europe before being brought to the US, where it incurred water damage from Hurricane Sandy in 2012. It subsequently underwent paintwork, an interior refresh, and mechanical overhauls as part of a multi-year refurbishment completed by Revolution Motorsport Inc of Agoura Hills, California, at a cost of over $150k. Finished in red over black leather, the car is powered by a 4.9-liter flat-12 linked with a five-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. It rides on 18″ multi-piece Speedline alloy wheels and features fixed headlights as well as Fabspeed catalytic converters and a Tubi Style muffler. Inside, bolstered bucket seats are accompanied by a gated shifter and air conditioning. Acquired by the selling dealer in 2026, this F512 M is now offered in Costa Mesa, California, with a Carfax repoert, refurbishment and service records, a Carfax report, and a branded California title listing the car as a 1995 model.

The Pininfarina-designed F512 M was the final installment of the Testarossa and featured NACA hood ducts as well as revised fixed headlights, quad taillights, and bumper covers when compared to the outgoing 512 TR.

A September 2013–dated record in the gallery notes that this example incurred damage after being submerged in salt water. The car subsequently underwent a repaint as part of the aforementioned multi-year refurbishment. The majority of the provided photos were taken in December 2025.

Silver-finished 18″ Speedline multi-piece alloy wheels are mounted with Michelin tires, while stopping power is provided by Ferrari-branded calipers over cross-drilled and ventilated discs at each corner. Work as part of the refurbishment is noted to have involved rebuilding the steering rack as well as overhauling the brake calipers and rotors.

The refurbished cockpit features black leather upholstery over the seats, dash, center console, and door panels. A three-spoke steering wheel is paired with a dogleg-pattern gated shifter and accompanied by drilled aluminum pedals below. Further amenities include air conditioning, power windows, and retractable shoulder belts.

European-market Veglia Borletti instrumentation consists of a 320-km/h speedometer, a 10k-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary readouts for oil pressure and coolant temperature in the cluster, while a clock and auxiliary gauges for fuel level and oil temperature are housed in the center stack. The six-digit odometer shows 17k kilometers (~11k miles). Records indicate that the steering column was replaced with a unit from an earlier Testarossa and that the gauges were removed, cleaned, and reinstalled as part of the refurbishment project.

Rated at 432 horsepower and 367 lb-ft of torque when new, the 4.9-liter DOHC flat-12 received updates over the version used in the 512 TR including a revised crankshaft and titanium connecting rods. This unit was rebuilt in the course of the initial refurbishment project and later underwent a timing belt service and overhaul by FastCars Ltd. of Redondo Beach, California, in July 2023. Fabspeed catalytic converters and a Tubi Style muffler have been added. An October 2025–dated record in the gallery notes compression-test readouts between 200- and 205-psi in each cylinder.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. The transaxle was overhauled as part of the initial refurbishment and was last rebuilt in July 2023 at the time of the engine work at FastCars Ltd.
The Carfax report is free of accidents or other reported damage from an initial entry in August 2001.
The current California title lists the car as a 1995 model and carries a “NON USA” brand in the Vehicle History section. The vehicle has not been inspected by the California Bureau of Automotive Repair or Air Resources Board. It most recently passed a California emissions test in January 2024, however, various aftermarket engine components installed are not CARB-compliant.
