This 1997 Ferrari F355 Spider has remained registered in California since new and shows 20k miles. Powered by a 3.5-liter DOHC V8 linked with a six-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential, the car is finished in Nurburgring Silver over black Connolly leather. Equipment includes a black soft top, pop-up headlights, 18″ five-spoke magnesium wheels, a gated shifter, automatic climate control, and a Blaupunkt stereo with Bluetooth connectivity. Acquired by the selling dealer in 2026, this F355 Spider is offered at no reserve with manufacturer’s literature, a clean Carfax report, and a California title.

The Pininfarina-designed body is finished in Nurburgring Silver, and styling incorporates a power-operated black convertible top as well as pop-up headlights, integrated front fog lights, an integrated rear decklid spoiler, quad exhaust outlets, a vented engine cover, and air intakes on the doors and rocker panels.

The silver 18″ five-spoke magnesium wheels are fitted with Michelin tires that were mounted in 2026. Ferrari-branded brake calipers are mounted over ventilated discs at each corner.

The cabin features sport seats trimmed in black Connolly leather, and matching leather extends to the center console, door panel inserts, and the lower half of the dashboard. Amenities include a gated shifter, automatic climate control, aluminum pedals, and a Bluetooth-capable Blaupunkt Bremen stereo, which is linked to 6.50″ Audison Prima speakers. Sticky buttons were refinished in 2013. The selling dealer notes that sticky buttons have been refinished.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 200-mph speedometer, a 10k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for oil pressure and coolant temperature. Ancillary instruments in the center stack include an analog clock and gauges for fuel level and oil temperature. The six-digit odometer shows 20k miles.

The mid-mounted 3.5-liter DOHC V8 features five valves per cylinder and dry-sump lubrication for a factory-rated output of 375 horsepower and 268 lb-ft of torque. The selling dealer notes that an engine-out belt service was last completed in 2026.

Power is routed to the rear wheels via a six-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential.
The Carfax report is free of accidents or other reported damage.
The California title is listed as a duplicate.
