This 2003 Ferrari 360 Modena has 18k miles, and it was specified in Grigio Titanio over Nero leather and factory optioned with Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, a Challenge-style rear grille, and power-adjustable Daytona-style seats. Power is from a 3.6-liter V8 paired with a six-speed F1 sequential transaxle, and additional equipment includes a Tubi Style exhaust system, 18″ five-spoke alloy wheels, a limited-slip differential, xenon headlights, and automatic climate control. Work totaling ~$29k performed in August 2025 included a belt service and replacing the clutch, throw-out bearing, camshaft seals, valve cover gaskets, fuel pumps, and spark plugs. This 360 Modena is now offered in California by the selling dealer with a window sticker, service records, a car cover, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Arizona title.
The Pininfarina-designed aluminum body is finished in Grigio Titanio (704) and features xenon headlights, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, a Challenge-style rear grille, and quad exhaust outlets exiting through the rear fascia.
The 18″ five-spoke alloy wheels are mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport 5 tires, which show date codes from 2022 and 2024. Stopping power is from red-finished Ferrari-branded calipers over cross-drilled and ventilated rotors at each corner. The brake pads were replaced in August 2025.
The cockpit features power-adjustable Daytona-style seats upholstered in Nero leather along with matching door panel inserts and carpets. Amenities include carbon-fiber trim, automatic climate control, an Alpine head unit, and aluminum pedals. The air conditioning compressor was replaced in Augutust 2025, and the ashtray was refinished in preparation for the sale.
The leather- and carbon-trimmed steering wheel features a centering stripe and frames a 220-mph speedometer and a tachometer with an 8,500-rpm redline as well as a digital fuel level readout and gauges for oil pressure, oil temperature, and coolant temperature. Paddle shifters for the F1 gearbox are mounted behind the steering wheel. The digital odometer indicates 18k miles.
The mid-mounted 3.6-liter Tipo F131 V8 features a flat-plane crankshaft, dry-sump lubrication, dual overhead camshafts, and five valves per cylinder. Factory-rated output was 400 horsepower and 275 lb-ft of torque, and the engine features a Tubi Style exhaust system and carbon-fiber air intake trim. A belt service was conducted in August 2025, at which time the camshaft seals, valve cover gaskets, fuel pumps, and spark plugs were replaced.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through an electrohydraulic six-speed F1 sequential transaxle and a limited-slip differential. The clutch, throw-out bearing, and clutch-position sensor were replaced, along with a clutch hydraulic line, in August 2025. The gearbox fluid was also replaced at that time.
The window sticker lists initial delivery to Ferrari of Denver in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, as well as factory equipment, colors, and a total suggested retail price of $168,588.
