This 2006 Ferrari F430 Spider was purchased in 2022 by the current owner, who subsequently had the six-speed transaxle converted to manual operation. The car is powered by a 4.3-liter DOHC V8 and is finished in Grigio Silverstone over a Nero leather interior. An Alpine stereo has been installed, and it is paired with an amplifier and three 10″ subwoofers. Additional features include a black convertible soft top, 19″ split-spoke alloy wheels, an electronically controlled limited-slip differential, cross-drilled and ventilated brake rotors, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, power-adjustable Daytona-style bucket seats, a gated shifter, and automatic climate control. This F430 has 30k miles and is now offered on dealer consignment with the owner’s manuals, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Washington title.

The Pininfarina-designed body is finished in Grigio Silverstone (740) and features a power-retractable black soft top, xenon headlights, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, and quad exhaust tips exiting on either side of the rear diffuser. Detailed photos of the exterior imperfections are presented in the gallery below.

The 19″ split-spoke alloy wheels show blemishes and are wrapped in Pirelli P Zero Rosso tires. Stopping is handled by red-finished brake calipers over cross-drilled and ventilated rotors, and a brake fluid flush was performed in May 2026.

The power-adjustable Daytona-style bucket seats are upholstered in Nero leather with contrast stitching, which extends to the dashboard, center console, and door panels. Carbon-fiber trim accents the cabin, and additional equipment includes a gated shifter, air conditioning, drilled aluminum pedals, power windows and locks, and an Alpine stereo. Front and rearview cameras have been installed, and sticky buttons are said to have been refinished in 2025.

A leather-wrapped box with contrasting stitching is mounted behind the seats and is reportedly equipped with an ARC Audio amplifier and three 10″ subwoofers.

The carbon-fiber leather-wrapped steering wheel is equipped with an engine-start button as well as a manettino dial for control of dynamic settings. Instrumentation includes a central tachometer with an 8,500-rpm redline as well as a 220-mph speedometer and gauges for coolant temperature, oil temperature, and oil pressure. The digital odometer indicates 30k miles, approximately 2k of which were added during current ownership.

The mid-mounted 4.3-liter F136 V8 features Bosch Motronic engine management and a dry-sump lubrication system. Factory-rated output was 483 horsepower and 343 lb-ft of torque. The selling dealer states that service has included replacing the drive belt and tensioner in June 2020 as well as the motor and transmission mounts in December 2020, and an oil change was performed in May 2026.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through an F1 six-speed transaxle that was converted to manual operation in January 2022. The car is equipped with an electronically controlled limited-slip differential.
The Carfax report shows no accidents or damage.
