This 1998 Ferrari F355 Spider is finished in Giallo Modena over black Connolly leather and is powered by a 3.5-liter DOHC V8 linked to a six-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. It rolls on 18″ five-spoke magnesium wheels and is further equipped with a black soft top, pop-up headlights, a gated shifter, automatic climate control, and an Alpine head unit and amplifier. The car was sold new from Ferrari of Atlanta in Georgia, and was later offered on BaT in February 2019. Recently acquired by its current owner, this F355 shows 15k miles and is offered on dealer consignment with a Carfax report and a California title.
The Pininfarina-designed body is finished in Giallo Modena, and styling incorporates a power-operated black convertible top that is noted to have been serviced under current ownership. Further details include pop-up headlights, integrated fog lights, a rear decklid spoiler, quad exhaust outlets, a vented engine cover, and air intakes on the doors and rocker panels. A damage entry is noted on the Carfax report in July 2025, indicating “moderate” damage to the vehicle, and the selling dealer tells us that the front hood, bumper cover, fenders, and passenger door have been repainted. The top mechanism was adjusted in 2026.
Silver 18″ five-spoke magnesium wheels are wrapped in 225/40 front and 265/40 rear Sumitomo HTR Z5 tires with 2023 date codes. Ferrari-branded brake calipers are mounted over ventilated discs at each corner.
The cabin features sport seats trimmed in black Connolly leather, and color-matching material extends to the center console, door panel inserts, and lower half of the dashboard. Amenities include a gated shifter, automatic climate control, drilled aluminum pedals, and an Alpine head unit and amplifier.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 200-mph speedometer, a 10k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for oil pressure and coolant temperature. Ancillary instruments in the center stack include an analog clock and gauges for fuel level and oil temperature. The six-digit odometer shows 15k miles, approximately 25 of which have been added under current ownership.
The mid-mounted 3.5-liter DOHC V8 features five valves per cylinder and dry-sump lubrication for a factory-rated output of 375 horsepower and 268 lb-ft of torque. The car most recently passed a California emissions test in October 2023, and the drive belts are noted to have been replaced. The oil and coolant were changed in April 2026, and the fuel injectors were cleaned at that time.
Power is routed to the rear wheels via a six-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. The transaxle fluid was changed and the clutch master cylinder was replaced in April 2026.
The Carfax report shows at least one open recall and the aforementioned damage entry.
