This 1999 Ferrari 550 Maranello is finished in Argento Nurburgring over Bordeaux Connolly leather and is powered by a 5.5-liter F133A V12 linked to a six-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. The coupe rides on 18″ five-spoke wheels and is further outfitted with a gated shifter, a Sony stereo, and Scuderia Ferrari fender shields. The car spent time in Georgia, Florida, and Texas before the current owner’s 2022 acquisition, and they have since added approximately 2k of the 22k miles shown. This 550 Maranello is now offered on dealer consignment by a BaT Local Partner with spare floor mats, a clean Carfax report, and a clean California title.
The Pininfarina-designed bodywork is finished in Argento Nurburgring, and the car is equipped with fog lights, a hood scoop, power-operated heated side mirrors, and a quad-exit exhaust. Clear paint protection film covers the front section of the nose, and blemishes are pointed out on the rear bumper cover.
Silver-finished 18″ five-spoke alloy wheels wear yellow prancing horse center caps and are mounted with Continental ExtremeContact DWS06 Plus tires. The car is equipped with an independent front and rear suspension with unequal-length wishbones and telescopic rear shock absorbers, and stopping power is provided by black Ferrari-branded calipers over cross-drilled and ventilated rotors at all four corners.
Bordeaux Connolly leather trims the power-adjustable bucket seats and extends to the center console, lower dash, and door panels. Black hide covers the upper dash, and the gated shifter is mounted aft of an aftermarket Sony stereo. The driver’s seat adjustment bezel is damaged and has separated from the seat.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a Jaeger gauge cluster with a 220-mph speedometer and a 10k-rpm tachometer alongside gauges for coolant temperature and oil pressure. An analog clock and gauges for oil temperature and fuel level are located atop the center stack. The six-digit odometer shows 22k miles, approximately 2k of which were added under current ownership.
The 5.5-liter F133A quad-cam V12 features Bosch Motronic engine management and dry-sump lubrication, and it was factory rated at 485 horsepower and 419 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential.
