This 1988 Ferrari 328 is one of approximately 6,068 removable-top GTS examples produced and is said to have remained registered to its original owner in Maryland until 2007, before it was purchased by the seller later that year. Finished in Rosso Corsa over Crema leather upholstery, the car is powered by a fuel-injected 3.2-liter V8 linked with a five-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. Equipment includes convex 16″ Speedline wheels, four-wheel ventilated disc brakes, a gated shifter, an Alpine CD stereo, power windows, and air conditioning. A timing-belt service was carried out in 2021 at 25k miles, and service in 2026 involved changing the oil, flushing the coolant and brake fluid, repairing a light switch, and replacing the cooling-fan switch. Showing 26k miles, this 328 GTS is offered with owner’s manuals, tool and spares kits, service records, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Virginia title in the seller’s name.
The Pininfarina-designed bodywork is finished in Rosso Corsa (300) and features a removable black roof panel. Additional exterior details include pop-up headlights, integrated fog lights, side air intakes, dual side mirrors, a power antenna, a black spoiler mounted over the rear window, and quad exhaust tips exiting through the rear valance. Staggered-width convex 16″ Speedline five-spoke alloy wheels were fitted with 205/55 front and 225/50 rear Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4 tires in 2021. Braking is handled by power-assisted ventilated four-wheel discs, and the fluid was flushed in 2026.
The bucket seats are upholstered in Crema leather and are accompanied by a color-coordinated center console and door panels along with a black dashboard and red carpets. Additional appointments include a gated shifter, air conditioning, an Alpine CD stereo, power windows, and a rear-window defroster. The air-conditioning system has been converted to use R134a and was recharged in 2026. Wear to the driver-seat upholstery and adjuster lever is depicted in the gallery.
The three-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel frames Veglia Borletti instrumentation consisting of a 180-mph speedometer, a 10k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for oil pressure and coolant temperature. An analog clock and additional gauges for oil temperature and fuel level are housed in the center of the dashboard. The five-digit odometer shows 26k miles, approximately 3,200 of which were added under current ownership. The lighting-stalk switch was repaired in 2026.
The mid-mounted 3.2-liter Type F105 V8 features Bosch K-Jetronic fuel injection and four valves per cylinder. Factory-rated output was 260 horsepower and 213 lb-ft of torque. Service in 2021 included adjusting the valves and replacing the following components:
- Timing and accessory belts
- Camshaft pulleys
- Rear main seal
- Water pump
- Coolant hoses
- Fuel pump and accumulator
- Fuel lines
- Spark plugs
- Starter motor
Work in 2026 involved flushing the coolant, replacing the cooling-fan switch, and changing the oil.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. A replacement clutch assembly was installed in 2021, and the gearbox fluid was changed at that time.
