This 1998 Ferrari F355 Spider was specified in Rosso Corsa over tan Connolly leather, and it shows 27k miles. It is powered by a 3.5-liter DOHC V8 linked with a six-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. Equipment includes a black soft top, 18″ five-spoke magnesium wheels, a Challenge-style rear grille, pop-up headlights, a gated shifter, automatic climate control, an AM/FM/cassette stereo, a remote CD changer, and drilled aluminum pedals. Purchased by its current owner in June 2019, this F355 Spider is now offered on dealer consignment with owner’s manuals, a soft top boot, a car cover, floor mats, a spare exhaust system, driving shoes, a tool kit, a clean Carfax report, and a clean California title.

The Pininfarina-designed body is finished in Rosso Corsa, and styling elements include a power-operated black convertible top as well as pop-up headlights, integrated front fog lights, an integrated rear decklid spoiler, a Challenge-style rear grille, quad exhaust outlets, a vented engine cover, aftermarket fender shields, and air intakes on the doors and rocker panels. The windshield was replaced in August 2018, and the convertible top’s latch was replaced in March 2019. The front hood and bumper cover have been repainted, and the left-side rocker panel has been replaced.

The 18″ five-spoke magnesium wheels are mounted with Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires, which show date codes from 2012 and 2017. Ferrari-branded red-finished brake calipers are mounted over ventilated discs at each corner.

The cabin features sport seats trimmed in tan Connolly leather, and matching leather extends to the center console, door panel inserts, and lower half of the dashboard. Amenities include a gated shifter, automatic climate control, a remote CD changer, and drilled aluminum pedals. Sticky buttons were refinished some time ago, and the soft-top release lever and stereo bezel remain sticky. The selling dealer notes that the radio is inoperative.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 200-mph speedometer, a 10k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for oil pressure and coolant temperature. Ancillary instruments in the center stack include an analog clock and gauges for fuel level and oil temperature. The six-digit odometer shows 27k miles, approximately 1k of which were added under current ownership.

The mid-mounted 3.5-liter DOHC V8 features five valves per cylinder and dry-sump lubrication for a factory-rated output of 375 horsepower and 268 lb-ft of torque. An engine-out belt service was last completed in December 2014, and the engine mounts were replaced in August 2018. The oil and oil filter changed in September 2026. A spare exhaust system is included in the sale.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. The transaxle mount was replaced in August 2018.

The sale includes a soft top boot, owner’s manuals, a car cover, floor mats, a spare exhaust system, driving shoes, and a tool kit.
The Carfax report is free from accidents or other reported damage.
The car most recently passed a California emissions test in April 2019.
