This Classiche-certified 1997 Ferrari F355 Spider is finished in Rosso Corsa over Tan Connolly leather and is powered by a 3.5-liter DOHC V8 linked to a six-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. Equipment includes a black soft top as well as antilock disc brakes, 18″ Speedline magnesium wheels, pop-up headlights, a Challenge-style rear grille, a gated shifter, automatic climate control, and a CD stereo. An engine-out belt service was performed in 2022, before the current owner’s acquisition in 2025. This F355 Spider shows 15k miles and is offered at no reserve by the seller, a BaT Local Partner in Pennsylvania, on behalf of the current owner, with a window sticker, a Ferrari Classiche Red Book, a copy of the window sticker, an owner’s manual, a tool kit, service records, a clean Carfax report, and a clean New Jersey title in the owner’s name.

The Pininfarina-designed body is finished in Rosso Corsa and features a power-operated black convertible top. Exterior details include fog lights, pop-up headlights, heated side mirrors, air intakes on the doors and rocker panels, a vented engine cover, an integrated rear decklid spoiler, a Challenge-style rear grille, and quad exhaust outlets. Paint protection film was applied in 2023 to the front clip, mirrors, side skirts, and behind the rear wheels. The windshield washer pump was recently replaced, and close-up photos of the exterior can be viewed in the gallery.

Refinished 18″ Speedline magnesium wheels are mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires. Antilock braking is handled by black Ferrari-branded calipers over a ventilated rotor at each corner. Maintenance since 2023 consisted of flushing the brake fluid and replacing the brake switch and all four brake hoses. A blemish is visible on the left front wheel.

The bolstered sport seats are trimmed in Tan Connolly leather that extends to the lower half of the dashboard, center console, and door panel inserts. Appointments include a gated shifter, automatic climate control, drilled aluminum pedal covers, and a factory CD stereo linked to a six-disc changer mounted in the front trunk. Sticky buttons were addressed, and the dashboard was recovered in 2014, while service since 2022 included refreshing the HVAC panel, repairing the dash, and replacing the window control module.

The leather-wrapped airbag steering wheel frames a 200-mph speedometer, a 10k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for oil pressure and coolant temperature. An analog clock and gauges for fuel level and oil temperature are housed in the center stack. The six-digit odometer shows 15k miles, less than 100 of which were added under current ownership.

The mid-mounted 3.5-liter DOHC V8 was factory rated at 375 horsepower and 268 lb-ft of torque and features dry-sump lubrication and five valves per cylinder. An engine-out service in 2022 included changing the oil, coolant, and power steering fluid, refinishing the valve covers and ignition wire covers, and replacing the fuel filter, timing belts, camshaft seals, valve cover gaskets, air filters, accessory drive belts, and spark plugs. Work performed in 2024 included recharging the air conditioning refrigerant and replacing the battery. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. The clutch and transaxle fluids were changed in 2022.

A Classiche book is included in the sale along with a copy of the window sticker, an owner’s manual, a tool kit, a tire inflation kit, and service records.
The Carfax report is free of accidents and other reported damage.
