This 2006 Ferrari F430 Spider was delivered new to Ferrari of San Diego in California and was acquired in 2026 by the selling dealer, who converted the six-speed transaxle to manual operation, changed the oil, and replaced the battery. Powered by a 4.3-liter DOHC V8, the car is finished in Rosso Corsa with a Nero soft top and is further equipped with an electronic limited-slip differential, 19″ alloy wheels, Brembo carbon-ceramic brake rotors, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, automatic climate control, a gated shifter, a factory head unit, a high-power HiFi sound system, carbon-fiber interior trim, and power-adjustable Daytona-style seats trimmed in Beige Tradizione leather. This F430 Spider has 15k miles and is now offered with a window sticker, manufacturer’s literature, service records, a battery tender, a car cover, a clean Carfax report, and a California title.

The Pininfarina-designed body is finished in Rosso Corsa (322) and features a power-retractable Nero soft top, xenon headlights, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, and quad exhaust tips exiting on either side of the rear diffuser. An April 2022-dated invoice in the gallery below indicates that the hood was repainted, at which time the support struts were replaced. Photos of body panel paint meter readings are viewable in the gallery.

Silver 19″ split-spoke alloy wheels are wrapped in 225/35 front and 285/35 rear Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires with 2025 date codes. Stopping is handled by yellow-finished brake calipers fitted over Brembo carbon-ceramic rotors. The power steering pump was replaced in August 2024.

The cockpit features power-adjustable Daytona-style bucket seats upholstered in Beige Tradizione leather with contrasting stitching, and color-matching material extends to the center console, doors, carpeting, and rear firewall. Carbon-fiber trim accents the interior, and appointments include air conditioning, drilled aluminum pedals, power windows, and a factory head unit connected to a high-power Hi-Fi sound system with a subwoofer. The dashboard defrost grille was repaired in April 2022.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel is equipped with an engine-start button as well as a manettino dial for control of dynamic settings. Instrumentation includes a central yellow-dial tachometer with an 8,500-rpm redline alongside a 220-mph speedometer, a bar-style fuel-level readout, and analog gauges for coolant temperature, oil temperature, and oil pressure. The digital odometer indicates 15k miles, approximately 100 of which have been added under current ownership.

The mid-mounted 4.3-liter F136 V8 features Bosch Motronic engine management and a dry-sump lubrication system. Factory-rated output was 483 horsepower and 343 lb-ft of torque. An exhaust bracket was replaced in 2022, and service in preparation for the sale involved changing the oil and replacing the battery. The vehicle most recently passed a California emissions test in February 2026.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through an F1 six-speed transaxle that was converted to manual operation in preparation for the sale using a Cambio Manuale Dr S kit.

The window sticker shows initial delivery to Ferrari of San Diego in California, and lists factory colors, equipment, options, and a total suggested retail price of $243,473. Manufacturer’s literature, two keys, a battery tender, and a car cover will also accompany the vehicle.
The Carfax report is free of accidents or other reported damage.
