This 1996 Ferrari F355 Spider was initially delivered to FRCLA, Inc. in Beverly Hills, California, and now shows 14k miles. Powered by a 3.5-liter DOHC V8 linked with a six-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential, the car is finished in black over tan Connolly leather upholstery. Equipment includes a gated shifter, a black soft top, 18″ five-spoke magnesium wheels, an Alpine CD stereo, and pop-up headlights. Acquired by the selling dealer in 2026, this F355 Spider is offered with a clean Carfax report and a clean Florida title.

The Pininfarina-designed body is finished in black, and styling incorporates a power-operated black convertible top as well as pop-up headlights, integrated front fog lights, an integrated rear decklid spoiler, quad exhaust outlets, a vented engine cover, and air intakes on the doors and rocker panels.

The silver-finished 18″ five-spoke magnesium wheels are mounted with Pirelli P Zero tires. Ferrari-branded brake calipers are mounted over ventilated discs at each corner.

The cabin features sport seats trimmed in tan Connolly leather, and matching leather extends to the center console, door panel inserts, and lower half of the dashboard. Amenities include a gated shifter, automatic climate control, an Alpine CD stereo, and drilled aluminum pedals. The selling dealer notes that sticky buttons have been refinished.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 200-mph speedometer, a 10k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for oil pressure and coolant temperature. Ancillary instruments in the center stack include an analog clock and gauges for fuel level and oil temperature. The six-digit odometer shows 14k miles.

The mid-mounted 3.5-liter DOHC V8 features five valves per cylinder and dry-sump lubrication for a factory-rated output of 375 horsepower and 268 lb-ft of torque. The spark plugs and wires were replaced as part of a timing belt service performed in preparation for the sale.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential.

The window sticker lists initial delivery to FRCLA, Inc. in Beverly Hills, California, as well as factory colors, equipment, and a total suggested retail price of 133,080.
The Carfax report is free of accidents or other reported damage.
