2,200-Mile 2015 Ferrari 458 Speciale A

This 2015 Ferrari 458 is one of a planned 499 open-top Speciale A models produced, and it was purchased new by the owner, who has added all of its 2,200 indicated miles. It is finished in Bianco Avus with Blu Nart accents over Blu Sterling upholstery, and it is powered by a 4.5-liter DOHC V8 linked with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transaxle and an electronic differential. The car was optioned with 20″ split-spoke alloy wheels, a power-retractable hardtop, AFS lighting, carbon-fiber exterior and interior trim, a suspension lift system, parking sensors, titanium exhaust pipes, carbon-fiber racing seats, navigation, and dual-zone automatic climate control. This 458 Speciale A is now offered by the seller on behalf of the owner with a window sticker, the owner’s manual, service records, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Washington title in the current owner’s name.

The 458 was designed by Ferrari’s Donato Coco in collaboration with Pininfarina, and the Speciale trim added an active horizontal front-end flap to divert air under the car, spring-loaded doors to direct air from the radiators at high speeds, aero fins on the side skirts, a motor-actuated drag-reduction system at the rear end, and a revised rear diffuser with dual exhaust outlets.

This example is finished in Bianco Avus with Blu Nart stripes and has a power-retractable hardtop, AFS lighting, fog lights, front and rear parking sensors, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, a backup camera, and LED taillights. The engine cover and front trunk struts were replaced in 2025.

Black-finished 20″ split-spoke alloy wheels are mounted with Michelin tires showing 2023 date codes. The car is equipped with magnetorheological dampers and a suspension lift system, and braking is handled by blue-finished Ferrari/Brembo calipers over cross-drilled carbon-ceramic rotors at all four corners. The Speciale received a retuned Side Slip Angle Control system compared with the 458 Italia as well as F1-Trac traction control.

Weight-saving measures on Speciale models included carbon-fiber door panels and dashboard trim as well as carbon-fiber seat frames. This example features carbon-fiber racing seats upholstered in Blu Sterling leather and cloth with white center stripes, blue seatbelts, and Cavallino Rampante logos embroidered on the headrests. Additional appointments include carbon-fiber trim, a CD stereo, drilled aluminum pedals, carbon-fiber door sill plates, floor mats, and dual-zone automatic climate control.

The carbon-fiber- and leather-trimmed steering wheel fronts column-mounted carbon-fiber shift paddles and features LED shift indicator lights as well as a red engine-start button and an adjustable manettino that toggles among several traction control and vehicle settings. Instrumentation consists of a central tachometer with a 9k-rpm redline flanked by two configurable displays. The digital odometer indicates 2,200 miles, all of which were added under current ownership.

The mid-mounted 4.5-liter V8 features a 14:1 compression ratio, a revised intake system and camshafts, and a carbon-fiber intake assembly for a factory-rated output of 605 horsepower and 398 lb-ft of torque in Speciale trim. Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a Getrag seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transaxle and an electronic differential. This example is equipped with optional titanium exhaust pipes. An oil change was performed, and the air filter was replaced in 2025.

The window sticker lists initial delivery to Ferrari of Seattle in Washington, along with factory equipment, colors, options, and a total suggested retail price of $381,709.
