This 1995 Ferrari F355 Berlinetta is powered by a 3.5-liter V8 linked to a six-speed manual transaxle with a gated shifter, and it features carbon-fiber bucket seats, Delta Vee Motorsports coilovers, and an aftermarket exhaust with a Tubi Style muffler and Fabspeed headers. The car is finished in Nurburgring Silver, and the interior is appointed with blue leather upholstery and aftermarket carbon-fiber trim. Additional equipment includes a limited-slip differential, pop-up headlights, a Challenge-style rear grille, and 18″ five-spoke magnesium wheels as well as automatic climate control and an aftermarket stereo and amplifier. The current owner acquired the car on BaT in May 2025 and has since added approximately 600 of the 27k miles shown. Damage is noted in the Carfax report in 2003.

The 18″ five-spoke magnesium wheels are mounted with 225/40 front and 265/40 rear Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4 tires. Delta Vee Motorsports adjustable coilovers and Ferrari 360-sourced front brake calipers were installed under previous ownership. The brake calipers were refinished in black under current ownership. The front-right wheel is chipped.

The mid-mounted 3.5-liter DOHC V8 features five valves per cylinder and dry-sump lubrication for a factory-rated output of 375 horsepower and 268 lb-ft of torque. The car features an aftermarket exhaust system with a Tubi Style muffler and Fabspeed headers and catalytic converter bypass pipes. An engine-out timing belt service was reportedly completed in 2024. The engine was removed from the car, and oil leaks were addressed in June 2025.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. Work in 2024 is said to have included changing the transaxle fluid and replacing the clutch, pressure plate, and flywheel. The rear diffusers were refinished under current ownership. A noise from the clutch was addressed in June 2025.

The Carfax report notes the aforementioned damage and indicates that the car was designated a Gross Polluter by the state of California after a failed emissions inspection in November 2020.

The car cannot pass a California smog test in its current configuration, and it cannot be sold to an in-state private-party buyer.
