This 1987 Ferrari is a European-market 412 that was imported to the US in 2025, and it is powered by a 4.9-liter Colombo quad-cam V12 that is equipped with Bosch K-Jetronic fuel injection and linked to a five-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. Unveiled at the 1972 Paris Motor Show as the successor to the 365 GTC/4, the 365 GT4 2+2 featured bodywork by Leonardo Fioravanti at Pininfarina and was built through 1976 when it was replaced by the updated 400 model. The cars were not officially offered in the US, though some were imported and federalized in-period via the gray market.

The 412 replaced the 400i and featured body-color bumpers in addition to a revised front spoiler and sill panels. The Pinfinarina-designed body is finished in black and has pop-up quad headlights, fog lights, hood louvers, quad circular taillights, a black taillight panel, Pininfarina badging, and quad exhaust outlets. Alloy 415mm metric five-spoke wheels are mounted with Michelin tires, and a spare tire is located in the trunk. The car features an independent front and rear suspension, and stopping power is provided by anti-lock discs at all four corners.

The power-adjustable front bucket and individual rear seats are upholstered in cream leather and are accented by color-coordinated door panels along with a black dashboard, center console, and carpets. Interior appointments include a central rear armrest, power windows, a Kenwood stereo, and air conditioning, which received a recharge of its refrigerant in July 2025.

The 4.9-liter F101 Colombo quad-cam V12 is equipped with Bosch K-Jetronic fuel injection and was factory rated at 340 horsepower and 332 lb-ft of torque. The engine was resealed, and its valve clearances were adjusted in 2011. A replacement thermostat was installed in 2024, and work in 2025 included replacing the fuel pumps, filters, and drive belts.
