This 2023 Ferrari 296 GTB was ordered with over $43k in optional equipment including an Advanced Front Driving Camera, a back radar, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, a front-axle lift system, silver-painted 20″ forged wheels, a carbon-fiber-trimmed steering wheel with LED shift lights, and heated and ventilated full-electric Daytona-style bucket seats trimmed in Sabbia leather with Blu Medio perforated inserts. The car was specified in Blu Pozzi, and power is provided by a twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter F163 V6 and an MGU-K electric motor that drive the rear wheels through an eight-speed F1 automatic transaxle. It is further appointed with a speed-activated mobile rear wing, parking sensors, carbon-ceramic brakes, and Apple CarPlay capability. This 296 GTB has been driven 1,900 miles and is now offered in Florida by the selling dealer with a window sticker, the owner’s manual, a car cover, a battery tender, a tool kit, a tire-inflator kit, additional accessories, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Nebraska title.
The 296 model line was introduced for the 2022 model year with the GTB hardtop, and it was billed as the first Ferrari-badged road car powered by a six-cylinder engine. It was designed at the Ferrari Styling Centre under the direction of Flavio Manzoni, and the styling took inspiration from the 1963 250 LM, including the angle of the B-pillar, the quarter panels and their integrated air vents, and the truncated tail.
This example is finished in Blu Pozzi with enamel Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, and it features an integrated roof-mounted rear spoiler, an Advanced Front Driving Camera, a back radar, LED headlights and taillights, parking sensors, quarter panel air vents, a speed-activated mobile rear wing, and black ceramic-finished dual exhaust outlets that exit through the rear valance.
The front-axle lift system and silver-painted 20″ forged wheels added over $11k to the optional equipment price, and the latter are mounted with Bridgestone tires. The 296 GTB features an aluminum chassis with a 102.4″ wheelbase as well as magnetorheological dampers and an electronic Side Slip Control (eSSC) system. Stopping power is provided by optional gloss black-painted calipers over cross-drilled carbon-ceramic rotors.
The heated and ventilated full-electric Daytona-style bucket seats were optioned at a cost of over $11k, and they are trimmed in Sabbia leather with optional Blu Medio perforated inserts. Sabbia leather further covers the lower dashboard and door panel inserts, while Nero mats line the footwells. Additional options include an electrochromic rearview mirror, Apple CarPlay capability, and wireless charging. The flat-bottom leather- and carbon-fiber-trimmed steering wheel sits ahead of column-mounted carbon-fiber shift paddles and is fitted with a haptic engine-start button, a manettino driving-mode selector, LED shift lights, and capacitive buttons for various other vehicle controls. The car is also equipped with hardware readiness for the MyFerrari Connect app, which allows owners to check and share pertinent data about their vehicle with dealerships automatically from mobile devices. The configurable digital instrument cluster includes a digital odometer that indicates 1,900 miles.
The twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter F163 V6 debuted in the 296 GTB and is linked to an MGU-K (Motor Generator Unit, Kinetic) electric motor for a combined output of 819 horsepower and 546 lb-ft of torque. The F163 features a 120-degree wide-angle design, and a pair of IHI turbos shared with the SF90 are mounted between the cylinder heads in a “hot-vee” configuration. A 7.45-kWh battery is mounted beneath the cabin floor behind the seats. A plaque showing the chassis number is mounted in the engine bay. Power is sent to the rear wheels through an eight-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox shared with the SF90 Stradale, Roma, and Portofino M.
A Personalization Specifications plaque affixed inside the front trunk indicates the color scheme and optional equipment.
The window sticker lists initial delivery to Midwestern Auto Group in Dublin, Ohio, as well as factory colors, equipment, and a total suggested retail price of $382,025. The owner’s manual, a car cover, a battery tender, a tool kit, a tire-inflator kit, and other accessories are included in the sale.
