This 2006 Ferrari F430 is powered by a 4.3-liter DOHC V8 paired with a six-speed F1 automated transaxle and is finished in black over beige leather upholstery. The car is equipped with a black convertible soft top, 19″ split-spoke alloy wheels, an electronically controlled limited-slip differential, cross-drilled and ventilated brake rotors, and Scuderia Ferrari fender shields as well as power-adjustable Daytona-style seats, automatic climate control, carbon-fiber interior trim, a HiFi sound system, and a Power Acoustik infotainment unit. Previously sold on BaT in March 2020 and recently acquired by the selling dealer, this F430 has 43k miles and is offered in Florida with a reproduction window sticker, owner’s manuals, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Ohio title.

The Pininfarina-designed body is finished in black and features a matching replacement power-retractable soft top, xenon headlights, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, and quad exhaust tips exiting on either side of the rear diffuser. The headlights were polished in preparation for the sale, per the selling dealer.

Silver-finished 19″ split-spoke alloy wheels are mounted with Pirelli P Zero tires. Braking is handled by red-finished calipers over cross-drilled and ventilated rotors.

The power-adjustable Daytona-style bucket seats are upholstered in beige leather and are accompanied by a matching center console, door panels, and carpeting. Carbon-fiber trim accents the interior, which is further appointed with automatic climate control, a Power Acoustik infotainment unit, a factory HiFi sound system, drilled aluminum pedals, and power windows and locks.

The three-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel is equipped with an engine-start button as well as a manettino dial for control of dynamic settings. Instrumentation comprises a central yellow-dial tachometer with an 8,500-rpm redline as well as a 220-mph speedometer and gauges for coolant temperature, oil temperature, and oil pressure. The digital odometer indicates 43k miles.

The mid-mounted 4.3-liter F136 V8 features Bosch Motronic engine management and a dry-sump lubrication system. Factory-rated output was 483 horsepower and 343 lb-ft of torque. Per the Carfax report, the thermostat was replaced in 2023, and service in 2024 included changing the oil and replacing an oxygen sensor along with one or more ignition coils and spark plugs.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed F1 automated transaxle and an electronically controlled limited-slip differential. The clutch assembly was replaced in 2019 at 27k miles.

The window sticker copy lists initial delivery to Shelton Sports Cars in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, factory colors and equipment, and a total suggested retail price of $222,097.
The Carfax report is free of accident or damage entries.
